Am I back?
TBH, no probably not. I don't have the energy to keep up with DeviantArt. There's a tremendous amount of brainspace involved in checking the updates of everyone I care about. I just want you to know that it's not because I don't care about you or your stories or your art. I'm not here and updating and commenting and favoriting because I have exactly enough energy to pay my own bills and write my own stories and keep myself alive, and precisely none for anything else. I have NOT abandoned DeviantArt. I will never. But it may be some years more before I'm really, truly back. I love these people and this community. You're the only reason I ever finished one book, much less ten. But I have to feed myself and my sweet catto, and DA folks don't tend to buy stories. Wrong demographic. I will be back. But first, I have to get to a point that I'm not petrified that every second spent here isn't shaving days off the time I can spend with my baby. I'll move into the back of my car before I give

Migrating the mailing list.
I'm migrating my email newsletter to a new provider, and at the same time culling inactive subscribers. But at the same time, I'd like to gain new subscribers!

The fact it's taken me so long to get around to this journal probably isn't reassuring, but I will try to review some more of your work. No worries about sending a copy of anything: I've taken pretty much every opportunity to grab one during your promotions.
